Electricity generated by the rooftop SPV system is supplied to the grid or self-consumed.

Electricity cost saving, The system owner gets the Net Metering Benefit with a predetermined regulated tariff.

Allows industrial and commercial consumers to own the system & avail tax depreciation benefits.

OWNED BY THIRD PARTY (RESCO/OPEX)

Owned by the system integrator/a third party.

System owner signs a long-term lease agreement with Building owner, Industries, large commercial consumers, invests in equipment & sets up the projects.

Sells the generated energy to the Building Owner/Roof owner.
